4 Steps to Healthy Running

When it comes to running most people just assume it’s a matter of tying up your laces and away you go.  Technically, that is correct, but if you want to get the most out of running to improve your healthy, perhaps loose weight, feel more energised, improve your mood, then follow our suggested steps.

The Other You

No matter if you are newly introduced to running or a seasoned athlete, once you have tied those laces, you become the 'Other You'. No longer are you just Mom or Dad or 'Joe' from the office. You are now a runner and you can do anything you set your mind too. You are part of a global community of runners that doesn't differentiate between race or creed. Once you lace up and hit road or take to the hills, we are all the same.

Whether you are on mile one or mile ten, it doesn't matter, you are out there, getting connected to the environment around you. Runners, know this. We move to a different beat and when you are out there you feel it. No matter where you are in the world, it's recognised by the friendly nod of the head or a gasping 'hi', that says 'hey there fellow runner'.

So get out there and be the other you and enjoy every step of the journey.
